Household Hazardous Waste Disposal

The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) has announced its 2010 schedule for free hazardous waste drop-off. Franklin County residents can bring old lawn chemicals, paint strippers, acids, insecticides, etc. for environmentally safe disposal.

  • Thursdays: 9am to 5pm

  • Fridays: Noon to 6pm

Latex paint will not be accepted...
     ...Latex paint, once dried, can be disposed of in the trash.
